Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and the minimum age to rent is 25. Pets are not permitted. Check-in is from 4pm PST, and check-out is no later than 11am PST. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer and turn it on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay and are provided with two keysets which include a parking fob for the parking garage and an access fob for the lobby and elevator. The garage height is 6'6" (1.98m), so if you have a large vehicle, please check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit. Bicycle storage is not provided for guests bringing their own bicycles, but guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria. The second bedroom has been converted into a versatile office or den space with a Murphy bed, providing a comfortable work-from-home set-up.
