Apartment #103 is ready for viewing with our self-serve showing system. Request a showing and when the apartment is ready for viewing we will contact you and help get you set up for the self-serve viewing system. The system allows you to tour the apartment all by yourself and on your own recognizance; you drive there, you unlock the door, and you view the apartment without us being there with you. The system is geared towards you and your convenience - are in effect 7 days/week from 8AM-8PM. Please call our office at 954-566-8998 for more information about the apartment or to receive instructions on how to use our unique self-serve apartment showing technology. AVOID SCAMS - you must personally register for the self-serve showing system in order to receive an entry code and view the apartment; we will call to verify your information before allowing access. Apartment #103 is a lovely first floor apartment. It boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a recently upgraded kitchen, and central A/C. Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, and window blinds. Each apartment comes with 1 assigned parking space. Additional parking (if available) is an additional $15/month. There is a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment. The property sits across the street from Hardy Park, which has several large sports fields, a huge children's playground, and a section with well-maintained outdoor exercise equipment. It is very close to the downtown Central Business District, the Courthouse, and downtown Himmarshee Village. Pets are allowed here, and we impose a maximum of two pets (dogs or cats) per apartment. Large dogs (up to 65 lbs) are allowed in our Park Towner building, however we do have dog breed restrictions in place for the safety of our tenants and our neighbors. FYI, a 1-time pet fee (per pet) is additional and due at lease signing. FYI there is no guest parking at this location - the lot is at capacity with current tenants. There is an $80.00 non-refundable application fee per person over the age of 18. Background screening is required and performed with each application. The total move-in cost = the first month's rent PLUS a security deposit which ranges from 1-3 months' rent. Lease terms are for 12 months, and we do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance. FYI, outdoor parking in Fort Lauderdale is available to any tenant who needs a place to park a boat, trailer, water toy, RV, or camper.
