Beautiful but small waterfront home on Grand Lake near Oakfield Park, Oakfield Gold course, the Halifax Airport and Enfield for term rental. Suitable for an individual or couple. We prefer no pets. The property has a full laundry facility and comes fully furnished. We like the tenant to provide their own double mattress. The term can run from mid-Sept to until end of May. We are looking for someone willing to firmly commit to seven or eight months. The house runs on lake water (showers, sinks) so potable water is brought in by bottles. Utilities are extra (NSPower and Bell Aliant cable/internet). Utilities cost $350-450/mo over the term - cheaper in the fall & spring because of heating. The home is heated by a mini-split/heat pump and electric baseboard heaters. Free parking. Quiet residential neighborhood.
