Less than 2 miles from University of Rochester. House is 4 BR, 2.5 BA, In-house laundry, AC, big kitchen, living room, basement for storage. Previous students lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it thoroughly. Walking distance to many restaurants, close to the Orange shuttle route and RTS routes. One car parking on driveway, but plenty of off-street parking. Will give preference to clean, disciplined students with good references. No partying since this is a residential area with neighbors very close by; and yes, they will complain. Utilities included in the rent [Gas, Electric, Water, Lawn care, Greenlight Internet, Garbage, Laundry]. Rent is $2600 / month which works out to $650 / student / month for 4 students [max allowed]. 3 BRs in the house are large and 1BR is medium size. Responsive in case of any maintenance issues. Referrals and Guarantor's are absolutely necessary during the application process. House can be shown only after rental application checks out; so please serious applicants only.
