This unit has two bedrooms, one hallway bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, living room and hall closet. Home was renovated in 2015. Enjoy the outdoors from the front porch area big enough for a small patio set. Large front windows let lots of light into the main living area and unit has curtains and plantation blinds for evening privacy. Swamp Rabbit access is just around the corner, about 1/2 mile away. There is a partially finished lower level with a separate entrance that will be retained and occupied by owners during most of the year. Tenant is responsible for water and power, but when owners are present in lower level they will contribute $100 each month for water and power. High speed internet only is split 50/50. Shared access to washer/dryer in lower level. $55 pp tenant credit/background check fee. Application will also request two tenant references for landlord to call. All adults (18yrs+) must apply separately. One month security deposit required. 12 month lease term. Pets under 25lb approved on a case-by-case basis, in advance and in writing. If approved there will be an additional $10/month pet rent, and one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200. Lawn care and general maintenance included. No smoking or vaping on premise.
