In the back of the home are the additional 2 bedrooms: the first includes a twin daybed with trundle and armoire, which leads into the second back bedroom with queen-size bed. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If there are more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival.
