The house is a duplex and there are 2 separate apartments. The available unit is the ground floor apartment. Landscaping and garbage are included in the rent. All other utilities are extra and based on usage. The tenants pay for water, electric and oil. Tenants must take care of snow removal in the driveway and walkways. The common area and bedrooms are furnished with furniture, so you are not permitted to bring furniture (except for beds). Included in the bedrooms are a closet, dresser, rug, nightstand, desk/chair, garbage, window shade and lamps. Washer and dryer included in the downstairs unit. However, the laundry area is shared by both units and the upstairs tenants will come downstairs to use the washer/dryer. There is a shared back yard with table/chairs and brick patio for both units to enjoy. This house is pet friendly. Each pet must have a separate rental agreement. There is a refundable pet security of $1000 for each pet. One year lease only and one month security deposit required.
