This waterfront estate is very special. Families have come back the same weeks for 12 years. Watch sailboats cross Penobscot Bay, eat fresh lobster, enjoy beautiful sunsets, a deep water granite pier & float system, and gather sea glass and driftwood. The space 18 private acres on the water. Walking, biking, tennis, ping pong, motor boating, sailing, picnicking, lobster eating, sea glass and driftwood collecting. Guest access The estate has its own beautiful tennis court and large 200-year-old barn, two pristine beaches, and a long pier. The town has a gym, restaurants, and a grocery store. Other things to note There are three ferries a day from Rockland Maine. A 24-foot boat is available for rent.
