There is a large bedroom with a closet, and a smaller closet-less room perfect for a home office, walk-in closet area or storage. Each unit has own front porch area, grilling allowed in backyard area. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis- upstairs tenants have two cats, and there are some friendly but feral cats outside the general neighborhood.
