The first floor includes a living area with a plush sofa (which opens into a queen pullout bed) and cozy accent chairs surrounding a big screen smart TV, along with a built-in bunk bed with 2 twins. There is also a wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler, a full-size bathroom, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a full-size fridge/freezer, a chef’s oven and gas cooktop, a built-in microwave, a wine cooler, a duo coffee maker, and two dishwashers. The second floor offers four spacious bedrooms, each topped with soft, hotel-quality linen and bedding. The master bedroom features a king bed, a luxurious en-suite with a soaking tub, a Frame Smart TV, private balcony access, and a large walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. Pool and spa heat are available for $25 per day. The garage includes a ping pong table, beach gear, and an installed EV charger. A high chair and pack n play are also included. Located in St. Augustine Beach, this home is just a few minutes from the public pier and an easy walk to many of the top restaurants on the beach side. It is also just a 10-minute drive into the historic/downtown area of St. Augustine, where you can experience old-world charm, flavorful dining, art, culture, and an abundance of entertainment. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No decor may be hung using tape, nails, or adhesive on the walls, and no confetti is allowed. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the balconies and garage, and evidence of smoking or vaping will result in an additional cleaning fee up to $500. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana, and underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr. The home has actively recording security cameras installed at the front of the home, above the garage, on the left side of the home facing the gate, and in the backyard/pool area. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to any cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. [SI]
