The fully-equipped Keys Cottage style kitchen with wrap-around tile counter includes everything necessary, with a four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Outside is seating for six overlooking the ocean, dimmable lighting to set the mood, and a four burner propane gas grill for outdoor cooking. The home also includes an over-sized 47 gallon water heater, as well as a large washer and dryer and an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. At the 63' dock there are lights, water, electricity and a retractable aluminum dock ladder.
