No pets are allowed in the home. This is a non-party home, and any violation of the house rules could result in immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside. Late check-out fees apply if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after the 11 AM check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not permit you to stay for the additional day. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the house is left messy and unorderly. Check-in is easy with keyless entry via a door keypad, and codes will be provided after booking. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, and any additional guests without permission will be vacated for trespassing. Unregistered guests will incur a $40 additional guest fee per person per night.
