Nearby attractions include Ober Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and Hollywood Star Cars Museum. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 8 am. Locals must contact the host prior to instant booking to prevent parties at the property. There is a fee schedule for house rules violations. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and this violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged items. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. If not vacating on time leads to other company losses you will be billed for those as well, including guest refunds. There will be a $50 fine for every key and parking credential not returned.
