Central forced air and heat. Washer and dryers on property in a shared basement with only the tenants on each row. Rent is $1450 per month with a $1450 security deposit. There is a shared utility fee that includes water, sewer, trash and gas heat that is $112 per month. Also called Old Town, the narrow cobblestone roads and colonial architecture lead past elegant boutiques and cafes.
