A pet fee of $100 to $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Kierland Commons, this condo is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and spas. You can enjoy the best of Scottsdale and return for a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and take a dip in the Jacuzzi. Ideally located close to different attractions, this unit is just a short drive away from everything and is even walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. [SI]
