Located in Kierland Commons, this condo is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and spas. It's a short drive away from different attractions and is even walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
