An half story is open with full bathroom and closets for two bedrooms. There are 2 balconies, one small up and larger one across the house at 1st floor of home, plus deck and patio. Many outdoor areas to enjoy. High ceilings and kitchen has everything needed that can be included as well like a short term or executive style lease. Washer/Dryer included as well. Owner can move all out for longer term leases. Lease short or long term furnished or unfurnished either way. Owner may complete construction of enclosure below main balcony as extra living space during lease term to garden apt. Will be discussed and agreed to at the time if so. Can be leased with or without furnishings but prefer to leave. If moving furnishings out will need a POD or shipping container type building added to one of the pads to store the furniture at owners expense. Lease term is open but will not move furnishings unless a longer term lease. The storage can be provided on side upon request and agreement. Owner is real estate agent.
