The common areas are also fully furnished. - Free garage and/or driveway parking available - Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. - In-house laundry room conveniently located on the same floor as the bedroom - Nice backyard patio with a small pond/rock garden to relax -with a book and enjoy the sun - Rent $1100 per month. First months rent due at move in. Security deposit is first month’s rent and due when contract is signed. - Utilities are shared with other tenants, payable every month. This includes gas, electricity, water, internet, and waste/recycling. This is due on the 1st of every month.
