The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. Only one parking spot is included, and there may be additional parking in garages or on the street nearby. Details will be given during check-in instructions. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 for stays of 8-29 nights, and $300 for stays of 30+ nights. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will be imposed. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Regular pest control is conducted at the property, but due to seasonal changes, you may occasionally notice small bugs. A lockbox is provided and must be kept locked at all times.
