To your right is your diving room, half bath and in the middle is your large kitchen with island! To your right is your living room with fireplace. Make your way up the stairs to the third level and yo your right is your master bedroom with attached master bathroom. Down the hall and on your right is an additional full bathroom followed by your full size washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is two additional bedrooms. Down to the lower level where you have a large rec room and a half bath. Exit the sliding glass door to your back patio and overlook your fully fenced rear yard. All Evernest residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $39.95/month which includes renters’ insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service set up a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! It's where Pocahontas was kidnapped in 1613, and where George Washington lived as a child. Stafford, located along the Potomac River and including part of the Quantico Marine Corps Base, is located along I-95 about 40 miles southwest of Washington DC.
