About This Property

The price of $450 above includes utilities (internet, water, and electricity) and would be for a 6-month lease. The duration of the lease and the price can be negotiated to a reasonable agreement if you find the current terms unsatisfactory. As shown in the photos, the apartment has the living room and kitchen at the entrance of the condo. There are 2 beds and a bathroom to the left side of the apartment and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the right side of the apartment. The apartment has a washer and dryer. I am only looking for one more renter, and it would preferably be a guy to make things easier, seeing as 3 guys will already be staying for the duration.
