If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
