Enjoy a private rooftop lounge with a firepit and walkable access to top restaurants and attractions. The ideal urban escape for a relaxing, pet-friendly getaway! Our modern kitchen is stocked for everything from quick bites to family dinners, and the open living space features a 75” smart TV and updated furniture for cozy movie nights. The dining area comfortably seats four. We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Explore Little Italy, the Gaslamp Quarter, and the Marina—all within walking distance—making it a perfect base for foodies, families, and explorers alike. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of energy and convenience. It’s a safe, walkable area popular with locals and visitors alike. Distances to top spots include 0.9 miles to Gaslamp Quarter, 1.0 mile to Little Italy, 1.0 mile to Petco Park, 1.3 miles to Maritime Museum, 2.0 miles to USS Midway Museum, and 7.0 miles to Mission Beach. Most attractions are within walking distance, with trolley and bus access nearby. Uber and Lyft are fast and affordable options, and Lime and DecoBike are available for biking. "City Lights & Rooftop Nights" is located on a small cul-de-sac, where street access and turning can be tight. We offer garage parking, but the space is best suited for compact vehicles. If you're driving a midsize or larger car, we recommend using nearby overnight street parking for a smoother, stress-free experience. This is a 3-story townhome. Bathrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, and not on the main living/kitchen floor. The rooftop is accessed via an attic staircase from the master bathroom. While it's a great feature, those with mobility concerns may find the access challenging. Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
