Guests will have full access to the entire unit and all amenities provided, make yourself at home and enjoy your stay! Mailbox access, including the mailbox key, is not available for bookings shorter than 3 months. Important house rules include no smoking or vaping of any kind with a $250 fine, a lost key and/or FOB fee of $250, a late check-out fee of $50 per hour, no shoes inside, no wiping makeup with towels, no unauthorized guests upstairs with an additional $150 per guest based on security camera, reporting any damages immediately, no parties or events with a $250 additional cleaning fee, no flushing anything down the toilet except toilet paper with heavy fines in place, no removing pillow/mattress protectors, and any missing items will be charged to the account.
