Heat is electric with wall heaters in bedrooms and gas stove in living room. Tenants are responsible for gas, W/S/T, and electricity. Dogs are allowed (two max) with a $300 deposit per pet and $35/month pet rent per pet. No cats. No smokers. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check.
