New flooring and lots of storage space throughout. Two designated parking spots (off street) are assigned close to apartment. No pets and no smoking of any kind allowed. Security deposit of $3,750 and 6 month lease required. Landlord pays for water, trash, and yard service. The maximum number of adult tenants for this unit is 2. This unit is available now.
