Nice Apartments for Honolulu
The property managers are pretty easy to contact, and everyone is nice. The only problems we have had with this complex is first, there is a bug problem, ants are everywhere. When we first moved in we bug-bombed our apartment with drugstore bug-bombs, and that worked extremely well, hit a single insect sighted for the first 7-8 months. The second issue we faced with this apartment complex was parking. There is one stall for the unit and street parking is next to impossible. It can really put a damper on things if you have more than one car or if you ever want to have friends over. All-in-all a pretty decent place. I'm not renewing my lease because I've been planning on moving out of state. The main thing I did not like about this place was the stringent rules applied to the lease. If rent wasn't in before the 1st you has to pay $150 and the were on you right away for it. Amongst other things that just did not leave a good taste in my mouth.
