About This Property

**ROOM for rent** The house is located on a private (quiet) road off Maquam shore near Cohen park with a few neighbors who are awesome. The house sits on around 1.5 acres so plenty of outside space including a small fire pit in the back yard and a huge back porch. During the summer months there’s two raised garden beds as well as room for plenty more. The bedroom doesn’t share walls with another person’s room, and there’s two full baths. Washer and dryer in the (unfinished) basement, gas stove, and gas fireplace. In addition, there is no shortage of storage whether that be the basement or in the garage. I’ve lived in the house for about five years now with my two well behaved dogs and cat. I’m a clean and quiet young professional, working locally. I live a sober lifestyle, so no partiers. Rent is $800 a month with everything included except propane which will be split when deliveries are needed. The room is fully furnished but things can be removed if wanted. Absolutely no other pets and no smoking.
