Very safe and manicured community. Only five miles (10 minutes driving) from the Pleasanton/Dublin Bart Station. Walking distance (2 blocks away) to great shopping center including Safeway, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, restaurants and more. Three miles to highway 680, also near 580. Less than 3 miles to Bishop Ranch companies. A large green park just nearby. 6. Important: what we don't have NO on-site laundry facility. NO countertop stove or oven. No bed provided. No build-in closet. Light cooking is preferred. No access to main building. Street parking - there are always plenty! Free TV Stands, Coffee Table and Wardrobe are available upon request. 7.
