Previous and current home standards- We are looking for Residents who have a stable, positive rental history of taking care of their current and previous homes. Animals- We welcome cats and dogs and they are approved on an individual basis. Cats must be spayed or neutered. We are not able to accept any aggressive dog, pets left outside all day, any Dobermans, Wolf Breeds, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Akitas, or any mixes with these breeds.
