Central Ames, Fellows schools, 3 bedroom in awesome condition is looking for a new good maintainer/renter. Maximum occupancy 4 people, no single undergrads/section 8. Pets on a case by case basis, depending upon breed and number. Property has a finished basement family room and 2nd new bath in basement. Hardwood floors on the main floor and door to back deck and fenced yard. It's super cute and very nice. Available in March 2021. Please call me for an appointment.
