This rental does not include a refrigerator or washer and dryer. We do have some available (based on availability). Refrigerators rent at $40/month and washer/dryers rent at $75/month for the combo. *1/2 off first month's rent with an approved app & move-in by May 5th* We do allow pets! There is a $250 pet initiation fee for the first animal, and $100 for an additional animal. There is a 2-pet max. While we do not have any weight restrictions, monthly pet rent is based off the weight of your dog. Cats are $25/month.
