The tenant will take care of the chickens and coop if they choose to have them. There is also a small Pond which the owners would like the tenants to continue care of as well. The front offers Coconuts, Lychee, Lime, and Avocado trees. The back half-acre is not fenced but offers an orchard containing Orange, Lemon, Tangerine, Rambutan, Lychee, Ulu, Papaya, and Coconut trees.
