The detached studio ADU features a private entrance, a queen bed and seating area, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and a bathroom with a shower. Early and/or late check-outs may be available for a fee of $75 for 2 hours early or late. Located in the South Park neighborhood, you’re surrounded by charming tree-lined streets, historic homes, and local boutiques. South Park is known for its artsy, laid-back vibe, with a mix of craft coffee shops, casual eateries, breweries, and independently owned stores. You’re just minutes away from Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego and Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, and Coronado Island and Beaches. It’s a great spot for those who want to explore the city while staying in a peaceful, residential area. The home is centrally located, making it easy to get around by car, rideshare, or public transportation. Free street parking is available, with bus stops a short walk away, quick access to Highway 94 and I-5, and 10 minutes to San Diego International Airport. South Park is also walkable and bike-friendly, with many cafes, parks, and markets nearby. The property is not pet-friendly due to severe allergies. The HOA does not allow street parking in the community, and we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street parking will result in a fine of at least $200, which guests will be liable for, and you are at risk of being towed. Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise are not allowed. Respectful low-volume music until 9PM is allowed, but all music must be off after 9PM. We cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The property is equipped with a keyless entry system for your convenience, and a unique passcode will be provided to you before check-in.
