Spotless, cozy and convenient is probably the best way to describe this 1 bedroom apartment. The living room and bedroom have very high ceilings. Just 2 blocks from Missouri Ave and West Bay Drive and a short distance to shopping and grocery stores. The property is nicely maintained and our goal is high tenant satisfaction so any repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment is clean and affordable with carpeting in the living-room and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The mini-blinds are open so you can look inside. There is an application by the mailbox On the bus-line 5 blocks to the Pinellas Trail Free Yard Care Lease Term: 1 year $125 monthly is added to the rent for the water sewer garbage and electric. Tenant pays gas which heats the hot water heater Normally to move in you need to have 1st month's rent($1195), security deposit(1100) and $50 administrative fee and a good application. All of this is paid at the lease signing so there is no money out of your pocket to us initially. Previous residents had this to say... We have not rented in over 30 years so we were a bit hesitant to do so. Mike was great from the very beginning. Very open and honest and answered all of her questions without hesitation. When we had to reach out to him for something he was extremely quick to respond and would take care of whatever we needed quickly. He would always communicate with us when necessary.
