What sets this retreat apart is its strategic location—4 miles to Honeymoon Island. Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation. Absolutely no parties are allowed, grounds for termination. The house is outfitted with an exterior Minut noise device, which monitors noise decibels (does not record) in an effort to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours per the city of Palm Harbor are from 10pm-7am. There is a ring camera at the front door and 2 on either side of the house solely for security purposes. The side cameras are not active as we do not have access to them. The pool is not heated, but in the summer months, expect it to be warm naturally. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
