With a smart layout, excellent pricing, and vacation-ready comfort, it’s perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the spacious living area with a sofa bed, and rest easy in a cozy bedroom with two queen-size beds. Located in a prime area with top convenience, plus in-unit washer and dryer and a full bathroom. Enjoy hassle-free parking available for just $20 per night. One parking spot is included per stay, and if you need an extra, alternative parking is available nearby. Relax and unwind in our welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for access and are available for $10 per day, which includes two wristbands. Only these two will be provided. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The apartment also offers a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art machines and free weights, ideal for keeping your fitness routine on track. Gather with friends or family and enjoy a delicious barbecue in the designated outdoor grilling area, perfect for relaxing under the open sky. This vibrant and convenient neighborhood offers a mix of residential, commercial, and cultural offerings. Situated in Crystal City, this part of Arlington provides easy access to everything that Washington, D.C. has to offer, just a few miles across the river. The property is just minutes from downtown D.C., with landmarks like the White House, National Mall, and Smithsonian museums easily accessible. A short walk away, the Crystal City Metro Station connects you directly to the D.C. metro system, making it a breeze to explore the city. The area is home to Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, a popular shopping mall, and Pentagon Row, which offers a variety of dining options, shops, and entertainment. You’re close to the Mount Vernon Trail, a scenic path ideal for walking, running, and cycling along the Potomac River. The National Landing area, including Virginia Highlands Park, provides outdoor recreational opportunities. Arlington is home to The Pentagon, the world-renowned Arlington National Cemetery, and The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which are all just a short distance away. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. A set of towels is provided for each guest registered in your unit. Additional towels beyond the initial set provided at the start of your stay are not available. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
