FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. The second living level of this spacious home features two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. One guest room is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed, television, and a sizable closet. Down the hall you will find a large bathroom which includes a walk-in shower as well as a shower tub combination. The last bedroom on this living level provides a plush king-sized bed and a private balcony. The top floor of this home offers an open sleeping area where you'll find a twin over twin bunk bed. There are also two roll away beds available. There is a full bathroom nearby that serves the bunk area and nearby bedroom. The last bedroom on this floor is furnished with a king-sized bed and functions as the primary suite. This bedroom includes a private balcony, sitting area, and television.
