About This Property
Classy Old Home This rambling, vintage Nashville bungalow is ideal for a roommate situation. The main floor home has 2 large bedrooms and one newly remodeled bathroom, kitchen, living room with decorative fireplace and dining area. Upstairs is a completely separate living area. 1 bedroom, living room, full bath, and efficiency kitchen with a new balcony. Access through a private entrance and stairs that can be locked off or not. Shiny hardwood floors up and down. New central gas heat and air also a new water heater. Tons of vintage charm including the original phone niche. Out in the big backyard is a 3 bay garage/shop. The yard is mostly fenced but would need some attention to contain a dog. Lots of room for a garden. We just removed two huge trees so the back porch is shaping up to be a peaceful retreat instead of a jungle treehouse. The upstairs balcony is a perfect spot for a morning coffee. The driveway is long with plenty of room for off street parking. Now for the dirty little secret. The creepy basement has a couple of finished rooms. One room is solid and used for music practice or could be studio. It is about 10x15. The other room we call the wine tasting room, odd long and skinny space, but it is clean and dry. The rest of the basement is open space dungeon. There is a washer and dryer down there too. Walk to Southern Grist Brewing, Highland Yards - Kisser, Otaku Ramen. Less than 10 minutes/5 miles to the Ryman downtown via Dickerson when the train is chugging along across Douglas.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
