We have a 2bed/2bath dual master unfurnished (or fully or partially furnished, if requested) condo that we are looking to sublet for approximately 1 year, starting August 15th (earliest) - we are open to longer periods and a minimum of 9 months. The condo is located a few blocks from the 12th street Bart station, several A/C transit bus lines, and the free Broadway shuttle. The bedrooms are fairly large (10x20) and both bathrooms are spacious. We are walking distance to the bars/restaurants in uptown, old oakland, and chinatown. The walk score for our location is 99. We have lived here for 10 years and love it. The rent is $3400 and includes water/gas/trash. Amenities include: - rooftop grill - bike rack in unit (2 bikes) - washer/dryer in unit - stainless steel appliances - dishwasher - gas/water/trash included - Indoor parking available for additional charge ($150/mo) Move in requirements include credit check, renter's insurance, income validation, and 1 month security deposit.
