Modern kitchen with a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Kuerig Coffee maker and all of the pots/pans. There is also a charging station for your phones. BATHROOMS 3 Full bathrooms (including one with a TV above the bathtub) + another 1/2 bathroom on the first floor - we provide hair dryers, and towels. There is also a washer and dryer & iron and ironing board that you are welcome to use. **DINING AREA** There are multiple dining areas - stylish area with emerald green walls and luxury chandelier and large table, kitchen table and bar seating, and even the outdoor coffee tables if you want to eat outside! **Tenant access** You'll have Lightning Fast Wifi throughout the house (400 Megabytes Per Second - aka plenty fast for any streaming, zoom calls etc), 8 Smart TVs, Cable, Bluetooth Speakers,, high end cookware, full washer/dryer, voice activated lights and much more.....this place is AMAZING, just check out the photos! **RESTAURANTS** You'll be a short drive from several great restaurants on the lake + some of the most famous restaurants in Central Texas like Salt Lick BBQ and The Gristmill **WINERIES** There are dozens of wineries within a 30 minute drive of the home - we will recommend our favorites! **GOLF** There are several amazing golf courses in the area that are well worth playing! **HIKING** We will let you know about some of our favorite hiking spots so you can get pictures you'll always treasure! **PARKING** This neighborhood is very safe - 4 Spots in driveway + 1 on curb....sorry, we can't accommodate boats or trailers in this neighborhood due to HOA rules. Other things to note * No Parties or Large Gatherings while occupying the home - we want you to have an amazing time relaxing at the home for as long as you need, but we also want to make sure we remain good neighbors and maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, so please respect the quiet hours of 9:30pm - 7am and move the fun inside at night. *For your security, we have Outdoor Security Cameras in the front and back of the home that record video/audio *Your privacy is extremely important to us - We never watch or listen to the footage unless we get a complaint or the property is damaged. There is also a device that monitors noise levels but doesn't record audio (NoiseAware). * This is our family home so please treat it with respect and return it in the same condition you found it.
