Sit back and enjoy the panoramic views of the lake or fire up the propane grill for a meal in the great outdoors. The home features a luxury hot tub and sauna with seating for ten, and an EV charging station is available for your convenience. The property is kid-friendly with a Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware available. With 700 feet of lake shoreline, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. Bird’s Eye Retreat is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located directly on the shoreline of Beaver Lake. It is a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, great for hiking and mountain biking. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Enter the lake at your own risk. The house uses well water, which is regularly treated, though a slight sulfur odor is to be expected. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The third bedroom includes a desk, making it a convenient spot for any remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
