The open-concept living area features a fireplace, a dining table that seats six, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary kitchenware and appliances, along with a stackable washer and dryer. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin XL beds and a foldable double bed. Enjoy access to a balcony with a BBQ, a pool, a hot tub, a steam room, and a gym. A ski locker is available in the parkade, and guests must bring their own lock or rent one if needed. An optional Guest Damage Protection policy covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. Silver Rock is located in Fernie, British Columbia, known for its mountain scenery and outdoor activities. It is near Fernie Alpine Resort, offering winter sports and summer activities like mountain biking and hiking. The condo is a short drive from the town of Fernie, with dining, shops, and cultural attractions. The area offers hiking, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and golfing. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am, and any complaints to the strata result in a $200 minimum fine. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require steam cleaning. A surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and guests could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub area is currently undergoing renovations, with construction crews on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee. Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. [SI]
