Beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom side-by-side duplex in the heart of Marion. Within walking distance to downtown Marion, Vernon Middle School, several restaurants/bars, gas stations, retail stores and easy access to Highways 100, 151 and 13. This property features an open kitchen with updated appliances. Every room in the unit has multiple windows providing plenty of natural light.All appliances are included. Dogs are allowed for a $50 per month pet rent fee. NO Cats. Please message to schedule a time to view and make this property your new home! Since utilities aren't split out, a utility fee of $150 per month is due as well as rent, so the total is $875 per month.The application fee is $35 per adult applicant.
