(406) 556-7187 - 2 bedroom at the Pines - This is a generously sized ground-level apartment in a great location with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. It has 9 foot ceilings, a gas fireplace in the living room, private patio, washer/dryer hookups, and a single detached garage. Bedrooms have generously sized closets. Bathroom has double sinks. Very efficient gas hot water heat. Owner pays water, sewer, trash, and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays gas and electric. No smoking and no animals. $1150 security deposit. One (1) year lease, then month-month thereafter. Please respect our tenants' privacy by not approaching the building without us. Please give Minnick Management, Inc. a call at (406) 556-7187 to schedule a showing. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $9.50 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. Minnick Management Inc. runs a credit check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we look into rental history and call current/previous landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Minnick can ask for a co-signer.
