The primary bedroom is located at the front of the home just off the dining area and features a queen bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. The bathroom includes beautiful coastal touches, updates vanity, and walk in shower. There is a full laundry room close by. Off the kitchen you will find a hall bathroom with a tub that serves the two guest bedrooms as well as visitors. There is a guest room with a queen bed and a nearby bunk room that features a pyramid (twin over full) bunk bed. Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 1 Pyramid (Twin/Full). Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles in driveway. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable $400/pet fee. Maximum of 2 pets.
