Pricing: Our company started offering furnished rentals after completing an extensive travel assignment. After working 12-hour shifts, I just wanted somewhere safe to stay that had no shared amenities, no loud swimming pools, and a place where I could get a full nights rest during the day. I did a ton of research and chose an “extended stay” based on the location and the price but upon checking out, I couldn’t believe all the sneaky fees and nonsense that they tacked on. That is how our business model was born: you pay one bill/rent each month. No more move-in & move-out fees!
