About This Property

This is a great apartment in a thriving area, and we are looking for someone who will treat our first home as their own. Rentals in this building are limited, so most of your neighbors will be long-term residents. Quick and easy access to 494, 169, and Ridgedale mall. Walking distance to Lunds & Byerlys, Walgreens, Starbucks, Caribou Coffee, dry cleaners, and LA Fitness. Walk your dog or bike on the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail, just one block south of Hwy 7. "All-in" rent includes Comcast basic cable and high-speed internet, heated indoor parking, 2 exclusive indoor bike racks, water, trash, extra storage locker, and monthly pet fees. Be aware there are some building restrictions on dogs and the total number of pets. You'll pay for gas and electric service, and any upgrades to cable/internet. Take a look at the pictures for an idea of its potential. The second bedroom works great as a home office. We upgraded the washer and dryer just before we moved, and we almost brought them with us! A new grill was installed in 2020, which is fed by the building gas line. No need to worry about LP tanks or charcoal. The fireplace is electric. New HVAC last year. This is a very nice unit in the building. The community room and exercise room are on this floor. You only share one wall with a neighbor, so it's typically very quiet. This is a secure building monitored by security cameras and accessed by your individual key fob. Rent is $1900/month. Applications are subject to approval by the Condo board, which includes an application and background check (a one-time fee of $200 for you). Credit check, crim. history, rental history, and employment verification necessary.
