Apartment #6 is a large 2-bedroom apartment in the Sailboat Bend district of Fort Lauderdale -- this unit is available for self-serve viewing! Use our unique self-serve showing system to view the actual apartment by yourself. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week between 8AM and 8PM for your convenience. Apartment #6, located on the 2nd floor, overlooks a lovely courtyard and gets a lot of indirect light. It has windows on the east, north, and west sides of the building and offer great cross ventilation! The apartment is fully tiled and features central A/C. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, a large open area kitchen, ceiling fans, and the apartment is assigned one off-street parking space. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash removal services as well as window blinds. There is a maximum of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment. Pets are welcome here (up to 25lbs) - we have a maximum of two pets per apartment, and dog breed restrictions are enforced. A one-time pet fee (per pet) is additional and due at lease signing. The property has multiple laundry areas for your convenience, three pools to choose from, and is located close to both Broward Boulevard, I-95, and Federal Highway for easy transportation. There is a well maintained City Park across the street and a 1.3 acre nature preserve with walking trails nearby. The property is also close to the main train and bus stations on Broward, and both the Museum of Discovery and Science and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts are a few minutes drive away. There is an $80.00 non-refundable application fee per person, and background screening is required with each application. Leases are 12 months, and the total move in cost is the first month's rent PLUS the security deposit, which ranges from 1-3 months. Note that we do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance.
