The dining area, with a table for 6, opens to the kitchen and family room. The spacious family room has sliders opening to a north-facing screened lanai overlooking the Gulf-access canal, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or on the water. Guests may bring their own kayaks or paddle boards, and storage is available on-site. Enjoy access to a heated south-facing pool behind secure fencing with chaise lounges, tables, umbrellas, and a gas grill. A Gulf-access dock is available on a canal behind the building on a first-come, first-served basis. One assigned parking space is provided per unit, plus two shared guest spaces on a first-come basis. This condo comes with 2 beach chairs. Minutes from 5th Avenue dining, shops, and beaches, this condo is ideally located across Naples Bay from the City Dock and Crayton Cove. It is best to have a vehicle with you, as Naples is a large metro area, and this property is about a 45-minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. This condo is located in the city of Naples and has a 30-day minimum number of nights required, which is strictly enforced. This is a self check-in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Only 1 or 2 non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
