This is walkable West Asheville- coffee, breweries, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, churches, bus stops, schools, etc.. A 5 minute drive to downtown, less than 5 to the rivers art district, and roughly 10 minutes to the mission hospital. The three main bedrooms are large enough for a king size bed, desk, and dresser, with room to spare. The apartment is very spacious and it is attached to the house- you can enter it from the house and it has it's own private entrance. The apartment could be turned into a master suite, office space, guest bedroom, creative studio, generational living, or your own rental opportunity. The house will be repainted and professionally deep cleaned by January 30th. There is an attached apartment that has its own private entrance and can be used as a master suite, guest bedroom, office space, creative studio, etc., however, it can not go on airbnb or any other sublet without our written consent. There is an electric car charging station and three cars can park up front. No parking on the other lot or along the driveway, you can park on the main street. There is a basement for storage. We want this to be your home and we're happy to discuss potential updates or changes if necessary.
